FILLING: Cheeses [Ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano (milk, whey, salt, rennet, lactic acid, bacterial culture)], spinach, whole eggs, nutmeg, salt.

Ingredients

  1. Add (300g) package of frozen pasta to 4 L (16 cups) of salted, rapidly boiling water.
  2. Stir to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. Don't overcook.
  4. Strain, immediately toss with your favourite sauce and serve.
